Project Management (PM) Challenge Conference

The PM Challenge Conference was developed to allow an intensive examination of current trends as well as provide a forum for knowledge sharing and exchanging of lessons learned.

Hot Topics Forum

APPEL will launch its new "Hot Topics" Forum series in the Fall of 2008. Timely, in-the-moment topics will address technological breakthroughs and showcase high impact knowledge-sharing activities to support project teams and mission success. Depending on the topic, the length may vary from 2 to 4 hours. Please contact Rosie Robinson for more information.

Center Forums

APPEL is working collaboratively with NASA Centers to identify and deliver targeted, just-in-time, learning solutions to project teams. The Center Forums will be four to six hours of customized share-and-learn opportunities featuring case studies, lessons learned, and stories highlighting challenges relevant to each Center's work context, interests, and needs.

A primary goal of these Center Forums is to accelerate capabilities of practitioners and project teams to successfully solve problems, make decisions, and improve performance. The planning team at each Center will draw upon expert local community resources as needed to ensure that these Forums provide high quality, high impact solutions to challenges identified as critical to the performance of the individual, project team and Center.
