On April 21, 2009, Academy Director Dr. Ed Hoffman briefed the NASA Program Management Council on the Academy’s professional development framework and services for NASA program/project managers and engineers, including its training curriculum, progress toward meeting OMB PM certification requirements, direct support for project teams, and knowledge sharing.
