Sixth Forum of Master Project Managers

Masters Forum #6 was held February 10-12, 2003. The opening evening began with a group activity entitled “Build as Many Roads as You Can” facilitated by Gregory Howell, P.E., President of the Center for Innovation.

Presentations on the following day included a talk from the Systems Engineer’s Perspective by Gerald Murphy, retired from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and currently President of Design Net Engineering, and from the Procurement Perspective by Thomas Gillman, Contracts Manager at Raytheon and Charles Duff, Act. Deputy Assistant Administrator for Procurement, NASA Headquarters.
