PM Bridges Mentoring Program
What is PM Bridges?
The PM Bridges Mentoring Program will connect mentors and mentees to create valuable opportunities to learn and grow, strengthening project management at NASA and support mission success. The PM Bridges Mentoring Program will provide emerging and mid-career program/project managers with targeted guidance, support and development opportunities aligned with NASA’s PM core competencies of effective program management.

Candidate Eligibility

All participants must be NASA civil servants (No JPL or contractors)

Mentors must be a GS 13 or above
-
- Can have up to 2 mentees
- Can also be a mentee
- Cannot be mentee’s supervisor
- Mentor must be 1 grade level above mentee

Mentees can only have 1 mentor in PM Bridges
-
All mentors and mentee must have supervisor approval to participate in the program
-
Mentors and mentees will meet at least 1 hour per month based upon mentor agreement, participate in training and provide honest feedback for program evaluation
How to Participate
Mentors & Mentees (2 parts)

Part 1 (December 9, 2024-February 21, 2025)

Complete the Microsoft form workflow for supervisor approval (required)

Part 2 (February 26-March 7, 2025)

- Email to complete your profile and login to MentorCliq
- If you do not complete the MentorcliQ profile in time, you will not be able to be matched and will not be eligible to participate in the program

- Call for mentors/mentees posted in PM Network Teams and emailed to attendees of this webinar

February 21-March 7, 2025 – MentorCliq Sign up

- Participants complete profiles in MentorCliq

March 13, 2025 – Mentoring Starts!

- Relationships Webinar: Training for mentors and mentees
- Matches sent to participants (after webinar)

March 14-21, 2025 – First Mentor Meeting

- Mentees initiate contact
- Complete Mentor Agreement

December 12, 2025 – Program Ends
