Masters with Masters 34 (Joyce Wanheinan and Ann Over)
Joyce Wanheinan and Ann Over shared stories and lessons from project and program management. They both have had numerous roles in creating organizational bridges between other space organizations across both government and private sectors, including the European and French space agencies, CNES and NASA’s prime contractor partners. They shared some of the lessons learned in how to best work with organizations outside of NASA to build strong collaborative relationships that keep knowledge moving across organizations’ borders. They both try to create environments where people can share openly and honestly and bring diverse thinking to the problems we are trying to solve.
Masters with Masters is a series that brings together master practitioners to reflect on their experiences, lessons learned, and thoughts about upcoming challenges.
