Lee discusses the recently published GAO Schedule Assessment Guide. The guide captures 10 best practices for developing project schedules, and maps each practice to one of the four characteristics of a reliable schedule, specifically that it is: (1) comprehensive, (2) well-constructed, (3) credible, and (4) controlled.
