"I am more aware now than ever that designing a launch vehicle is a monumental effort by people from a wide variety of disciplines, many of which I had never heard of before. Particularly, the systems engineering point of view was very new and interesting to me; that engineering is a coordinated effort of management and technical staff, and good solutions can only be found through intense collaboration and risk management. This new perspective will undoubtedly be useful to myself and the agency going forward."
"I learned the broad strokes of what all goes into designing a rocket. This knowledge will be helpful as I spin up on a new SLS team. Understanding the system impacts of our decisions, helps make better decisions."
"The information I learned in this course will help me understand what safety measures must be taken to ensure mission success."
