About the Instructor(s)

Bruce E. Falk

Bruce E. Falk has more than 20 years of experience as a manager and consultant. He has worked in staff and management positions for IBM and he has assisted both large and small corporations with the resolution of group issues and other management challenges. Mr. Falk received a B.A. in history from the College of William and Mary. He is active in professional organizations. He is Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
