This course provides participants with key project management concepts, tools, and techniques used to manage complex projects successfully. It also provides insights and tools to measure project complexity and adopt the best techniques for ensuring control of a project and all its associated elements.

This course is designed for experienced project managers who are subsystem leads or managers of small projects and are preparing to perform as project managers of more complex projects.
