ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR(S)

Carol S. Klein is a full-time professional writing consultant, master trainer, and writer, with her BA and MA in English and more than 20 years' experience teaching effective writing, training corporate writing trainers, consulting, and editing. The Writing Center specializes in customized business and technical writing programs that increase the clarity, impact, and professionalism of participants’ on-the-job email, letters, and reports.
