This one-day course will provide attendees an interactive experience that will allow them to appreciate, explore, develop a deep understanding of, and familiarize themselves with the tools, templates, techniques, processes, and best practices in place today at NASA for capturing, sharing, and learning NASA lessons. The class is highly interactive and will consist of small group exercises and facilitated discussions supported by hardcopy materials and online access to available resources.

This course is designed for all members of the NASA technical and management workforce who work within the NASA programs and project lifecycle.
