Skill Level: Program Managers/Project System Engineers or higher.

This workshop is an intensive 3-Day experience aimed at building capabilities needed to achieve project team objectives and to synthesize the project management practices learned through previous practice and study. This laboratory provides a unique opportunity to identify, understand, and practice effective leadership behaviors in a project team setting. The Project Leadership Lab is a highly interactive experiential program design anchored by a complex computer simulation exploring a project launch.

This program is an intermediate level project leadership workshop aimed at Project Managers, Project Systems Engineers, Team and Subsystem Leads.

Larry Suda

Lawrence is a senior practitioner and has been professionally involved in the project management industry for over 30 years. Lawrence leads initiatives in delivering world-class learning solutions and business consulting to its clients. Lawrence Suda has designed and facilitated over 250 project leadership and project management workshops for leading government agencies, corporations, and other organizations at the senior and middle management level. He is certified in Discipline Agile (DASSM)and Scaled Agile (SA).

Mike Katagiri

Mike currently coaches leaders and managers of organizations world-wide including Battelle, Sound Transit, The Trane Company, Comfort Systems USA, Carrier Corp., Westinghouse, Honeywell, Coca Cola, General Electric, Lockheed-Martin, US Dept. of Energy, Fluor-Daniel, and Bechtel. He helps them explore useful project management practices and develop best theories regarding important teamwork, leadership, and management skills. He is recognized as an expert in guiding people's competence during highly effective workshops powered by Management Worlds computer simulations.
