Upon completion of the Situational Leadership Essentials course, participants will be able to:

  • Prepare leaders to correctly contend with any situation or challenge.
  • Manage their leadership style to meet the demands and requirements of different situations and groups.
  • Build trust over time by correctly triaging situations rather than overreacting.
  • Use the tools and tactics presented to increase stakeholder buy-in and enhance performance.
  • Organize a cohesive team and prepare common standards for performance and quality.
  • Avoid the application of a one-size-fits-all approach when leading a team or project.
