This course is designed to establish and/or elevate the leadership capabilities for Program/Project Management teams.

This course is designed for NASA Team Leads and Program/Project Managers who are interested in learning more about handling uncertain situations, such as managing constrained resources, employee relationships, and multiple changes.

    • Prepare leaders to correctly contend with any situation or challenge.

    About the Instructor(s)

    Berkley Baker

    As a Certified Trainer with The Center for Leadership Studies, Berkley has a combined 18 years of experience in healthcare technology and facilitation. As an Area Sales Manager at Intuitive Surgical, Berkley developed strategic thinking as he managed multi-state responsibility for hospital senior executive relationships and new business development. Berkley was a sales representative at Ethicon Endo-Surgery of Johnson & Johnson, where his execution of effective marketing strategies earned him recognition for four consecutive years in the top 10% of revenue results. Berkley has counseled more than 50 hospital executive teams in the creation or expansion of over 30 robotic surgery programs.

    Catherine Hayes

    As an executive coach and Master Trainer at CLS, Catherine Hayes facilitates the full suite of courses in our Situational Leadership®, Influence and Performance curricula. In demand as a leadership and teams coach as well as a sought-after speaker, she works with clients from multiple industries for transformation of localized and remote teams. Having designed a leadership development program for a medium-sized pharmaceutical company around the Situational Leadership® Model, she also led the global HR team to transition the company from an annual to agile performance review process and created a talent management framework. She has written courses and designed leadership development curricula and programs for professional growth at all levels for 30 years.

    JD McPherson

    JD McPherson has been with The Center for Leadership Studies as a Master Trainer and senior consultant since 2015. He is an experienced learning professional and has been teaching Situational Leadership® for 12 years with a high-energy style and passion for the model. JD has served as a Franchise Training Manager supporting multiple franchisees to manage their learning functions and consult with them regarding leadership development. In his role, JD led a team of training managers who were responsible for managing the hourly and management training curriculum for more than 300 restaurants nationwide, with combined revenues exceeding $600 million. His experience also includes many Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
