Leaders can set a good example to help their teams become determined to succeed.

In this video clip, Carolyn Griner, a retired NASA astronautical engineer who served in many roles including as director of the Marshall Center Mission Operations Laboratory and deputy director of the Marshall Center, explains how witnessing strong and capable leadership inspired and drove a workforce to succeed in their mission.
